Send the invite
From the applicant's profile, click Invite to interview, choose the format, and pick a window. HR Paddy emails the candidate from your branded sender with all the joining details and adds the invite to your dashboard timeline.
Reminders & retention
Candidates receive automatic 24-hour and 1-hour reminders. AI interview recordings are deleted automatically after 48 hours in line with our retention policy.
