Retention windows
- Interview recordings (audio/video): 48 hours, then permanently deleted.
- CVs and application data: retained for the life of the role, plus 12 months for audit unless the candidate asks for earlier deletion.
- Account data: retained for as long as the workspace is active.
Candidate rights
Candidates can email privacy@hrpaddy.com.ng to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. We respond within 30 days.
